There's no contact form on this page, deliberately — a form would mean building somewhere for your message to land and be stored, and we'd rather you send an email you control a copy of than fill out a form that disappears into a system you can't see. What to contact us about
- Something looks wrong. A worksheet that doesn't render correctly, a PDF that doesn't match the preview, guide lines that seem misaligned for a specific font or style — these are the reports we most want. Include the worksheet type, your browser, and a screenshot if you can.
- A worksheet type you wish existed. Specific requests are what shapes what we build next — see About for how we prioritize new worksheet types.
- A question this site doesn't answer. Check the FAQ first; if it's not covered there, ask us directly.
- Press, partnerships, or business inquiries. We read these too, though as a small team we can't guarantee a fast turnaround on anything beyond a straightforward reply.
What not to expect
We don't offer real-time chat support, and because there's no account system, we can't look up "your" data or usage history when you write in — there isn't any to look up. If your question is about something you generated, the fastest way to help us help you is to describe exactly what you typed and which options you selected, since we don't have a record of it on our end.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few business days. This is a small operation, not a support center with shift coverage, so please be patient — and if something is genuinely broken (not just a suggestion), say so clearly in your subject line so it doesn't get lost.
Before you write in
A lot of common questions are already answered on the FAQ page, and worksheet-specific questions (style options, age recommendations, how a particular guide-line pattern works) are usually covered in that worksheet's own FAQ section — for example, Name Tracing's FAQ or Number Tracing's FAQ. Checking there first is often faster than waiting on a reply.
