This is one of two new practice styles built directly on top of Wren's existing worksheet data — the other blanks a letter instead of building the name up. Both are available for Wren through the interactive editor too, under Style.
This free pyramid worksheet builds Wren up one letter at a time — a single letter on the first row, then two, then three, and so on, until the complete name appears on the last row. Each row is centered, so the rows themselves form a triangle shape on the page as the name grows.
Instead of copying the same word over and over, this version of Wren changes what's being traced on every single row, which tends to hold a young child's attention a little longer than repeating an identical line six times.
